Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine your cubed sirloin with sweet paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and optional red chili flakes. Toss the mixture thoroughly to ensure that every piece is evenly coated with the spices.
  2. Generously spray the steak bites with low-calorie cooking spray to ensure they won't stick during cooking.
  3. Set your air fryer temperature to 200°C (400°F) and preheat it for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned steak bites in a single layer on the air fryer grill plate. Air fry for 6 minutes, turning the bites halfway through.
  5. Carefully take the steak bites out, saving the juices that have accumulated in the basket.
  6. Return the steak bites to the air fryer basket with minced garlic, salted butter, and fresh parsley. Toss everything together and air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
