  • 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper Sprinkle according to preference
For the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Melted Butter Substitute with ghee or olive oil for Whole30
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Use freshly squeezed for more zest
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves (minced) Pre-minced garlic can be used

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine skinless salmon fillet cubes with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss gently to coat each piece evenly.
  2. Add melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the seasoned salmon. Gently mix to coat the salmon thoroughly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Line the basket if desired. Place salmon cubes in a single layer, cook for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  4. Carefully remove cooked salmon bites from the basket. Drizzle remaining lemon garlic butter sauce over the bites before serving.
