  • 1 cup Sweet Cherry Tomatoes Substitute with any small tomatoes available.
  • 1 small Red Onions Swap with green onions for a milder flavor.
  • 1 cup Mixed Bell Peppers Any variety works splendidly.
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Switch to mozzarella or omit for a dairy-free option.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the thin spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold running water to halt the cooking process.
  3. Spread the cooled pasta out on a clean kitchen towel or baking sheet to ensure it cools completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti with salad supreme seasoning, Cajun seasoning, fresh parsley, and dill weed. Toss gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Italian salad dressing and ranch dressing until well blended.
  6. Pour the dressing mixture over the seasoned spaghetti and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Fold in the chopped cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes, red onions, and mixed bell peppers. Add cheddar cheese or pepperoni if using.
  8. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least one hour before serving.
  9. Before serving, toss the salad again and make any final seasoning adjustments.
