  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar can swap with white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika regular paprika for a milder taste
For the Salad
  • 8 slices Thick-Cut Bacon Oscar Mayer is a great choice
  • 4 Green Onions or chives
  • 1 cup Cucumber or bell peppers for added color
  • 1 cup Celery or radish
  • 1/4 cup Parsley or basil

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Cook the Bacon: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and chop.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Chop green onions, dice cucumber, and chop celery into small pieces. Add parsley.
  4. Make the Dressing: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, bacon, and vegetables. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
  6. Final Touches and Serving: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
