- Combine the Main Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooled rotini pasta, cooked ground beef, and shredded cheddar, mixing gently.
- Toss and Chill: Pour the dressing over the mixture, toss to combine, cover, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
