  • 3 tablespoons Buffalo Sauce adjust to heat preference
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Open two cans of high-quality tuna and drain well. Transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl and flake apart with a fork.
  2. Finely chop celery and red onion, add to the bowl with flaked tuna.
  3. Add cottage cheese to the bowl and fold gently to combine.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice, add buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust buffalo sauce and seasoning as desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  7. Serve in a bowl or plate, with tortilla chips, mixed greens, or wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
