- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add macaroni. Cook for 8-10 min until al dente. Reserve 125ml of pasta water before draining.
- In a deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers; sauté for 4-5 min until tender.
- Crumble ground beef into skillet, cook for 5-7 min until browned. Drain excess fat, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Lower heat, add cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheese slices; stir for 3-4 min until melted and creamy.
- Mix cooked macaroni into skillet, add reserved pasta water, and toss until coated.
