Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, beat together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Gradually add dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
