Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan with vegan butter or oil.
  2. Mash at least three overripe bananas until smooth, then stir in melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Incorporate the cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
  4. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and rolled oats into your wet ingredients until the batter is thick and somewhat lumpy.
  5. Create the cinnamon swirl by combining melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then spoon this over the batter and gently swirl it through.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the frosting by mixing softened vegan cream cheese, melted vegan butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack. Drizzle with frosting before serving.
