Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Vegetables: Boil salted water, add diced potatoes and carrots. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tender, then drain and cool.
  2. Prepare Eggs: In a saucepan, cover eggs with cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  3. Dice Vegetables: Once cooled, chop potatoes and carrots into ¼ inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add thawed peas, diced dill pickles, and onion to the mixing bowl. Gently fold to mix.
