Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine uncooked rice, chicken broth, corn, shredded chicken, and spices. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  4. After 50-60 minutes, remove foil and check rice for doneness. If undercooked, cover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, sprinkle cheese over the top and bake uncovered for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving, topping with optional fresh ingredients like avocado or sour cream.
