Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of your preferred milk, 2 tablespoons of almond butter, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of optional chia seeds or flaxseeds, ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips, and crushed nuts, gently folding into the mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into individual containers or keep in the mixing bowl, sealing with an airtight cover.
