Step-by-Step Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients: ground chuck, ranch dressing mix, bacon, cheddar cheese, and burger buns.
- Cook three slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes, then chop into smaller pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck with the ranch dressing mix and the cooked, chopped bacon. Form this mixture into even burger patties, approximately ¾ inch thick.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Place the burger patties on the hot surface and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes. Add cheddar cheese slices on top of each patty during the last minute.
- Lightly toast your burger buns on the grill or in a pan for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Once the burgers are cooked and the cheese is melted, assemble by placing each burger patty on the toasted buns. Add favorite toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles.
