Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh quark, vegetable oil, all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder. Blend until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.
  2. On a floured surface, roll the dough out to approximately 8-10 mm thick.
  3. Use bunny-shaped cookie cutters to cut out shapes, re-rolling dough scraps as needed.
  4. Preheat Airfryer to 150-160°C. Place bunny shapes in the basket and air fry for about 6-10 minutes, checking for golden color.
  5. Remove from Airfryer and cool on a wire rack. Decorate with icing or sprinkles before serving.
