  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 whole Lemon zest Adds brightness.

For Seasoning and Garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by boiling salted water. Add jumbo shells and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cream cheese until melted, then whisk in heavy cream, Parmesan, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. In a bowl, combine crab, shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, and ¼ cup of the creamy sauce. Mix well and season to taste.
  5. Stuff each shell with seafood filling. Place in a greased baking dish, ensuring they're evenly spaced.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
