  • 12 oz No-boil Lasagna Noodles simplifies your cooking
  • 1 lb Crab Meat choose fresh or imitation
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese cottage cheese can be used
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese reserve some for topping
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream can use half-and-half
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce homemade preferred
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
For Cooking
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or butter
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper for seasoning
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping mix with extra Parmesan

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the no-boil lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
  3. Fold in crab meat, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and seafood mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
