- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the no-boil lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Fold in crab meat, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and seafood mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and sauce.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
