Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk together until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Add chicken, cover, and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the marinated chicken tenders and let excess drip off. Roll in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Heat canola oil to 365°F in a skillet. Add chicken, frying for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Transfer fried chicken to a mixing bowl. Pour Bang Bang sauce over, tossing gently to coat each piece.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, optionally with sides like jasmine rice or cucumber salad.
