  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
For the Wrapper
  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers or spring roll wrappers
For Frying/Baking
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying or oil spray for baking

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder until smooth.
  2. Lay a wonton wrapper flat, place 1 teaspoon of crab filling in the center, pinch edges to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry 4-5 bombs for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with green onions and dipping sauce.
