Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Press a block of firm tofu for about 15 minutes, then cut into 1-inch strips.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey and mustard until smooth.
  4. Dip each tofu strip into the honey mustard mixture and roll in breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  5. Arrange the tofu strips on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving with extra honey mustard sauce for dipping.
