- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with finely chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Carefully cut the pita bread in half to create a pocket and pack the beef filling into each half.
- Heat a grill, cast-iron skillet, or non-stick pan to medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil.
- Place the stuffed pitas in the preheated skillet or grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side.
- Carefully flip each pita and cook the other side for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the pitas from the heat and let them rest before slicing in half. Serve warm.
