  4. Pat the slices dry, then toss them with olive oil and chosen seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  5. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
