  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly to about 1/8 inch thickness. Pat the slices dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated Parmesan to the dressing, fold gently, and season with black pepper and salt.
  4. Whisk the dressing until velvety smooth; add a splash of water if too thick.
  5. Toss the cucumber slices in the dressing until evenly coated.
  6. Gently fold in the croutons just before serving.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and black pepper, and add optional protein if desired.
  8. Serve immediately for the best texture and freshness.
