Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the English cucumber thoroughly. Peel if desired and slice into 1/8-inch rounds.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing mixture and stir well.
  4. Season the dressing with black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting for flavor balance.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine cucumber slices with the dressing and toss until well coated.
  6. Add croutons just before serving and toss gently.
  7. Transfer the salad to a serving dish, garnish with extra Parmesan and black pepper, and serve immediately.
