Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Dough: Warm the milk to 110°F, pour it into a mixing bowl, sprinkle active dry yeast on top and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and incorporate cubed butter. Add eggs and yeast mixture to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Shape into a ball, place in a lightly oiled bowl, and cover with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Rise Dough: Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  4. Make Filling: Combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well blended. Melt the Biscoff cookie butter and mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll Out Dough: Punch down the dough and roll it into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the filling evenly and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
  6. Shape Rolls: Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinch the seam, and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking pan.
  7. Second Rise: Cover rolls with a towel and let them rise for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  8. Bake Rolls: Bake for 24-27 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches around 160°F.
  9. Prepare Icing: Beat softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and Biscoff cookie butter.
  10. Ice the Rolls: Spread the icing over the warm rolls for a luscious finish.
