- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine slightly melted creamy peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle in cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract into your wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until the batter is smooth and uniform in color.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, decorate with banana slices.
- Bake for approximately 55 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife; if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the top.
