Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing.
  3. Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll out your pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread the remaining buffalo wing sauce over the surface of the dough.
  5. Layer the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the ends to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serve with ranch or pizza sauce.
