- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing.
- Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll out your pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the remaining buffalo wing sauce over the surface of the dough.
- Layer the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the ends to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serve with ranch or pizza sauce.
