Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Dandelion Tea: Measure 1/2 cup of yellow dandelion petals and place them into a heatproof container. Bring 1 heaping cup of water to a boil, then pour it over the petals. Allow to steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain the tea.
  2. Sweeten the Tea: While warm, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of raw honey to the strained tea and whisk until dissolved.
  3. Add Gelatin: Gradually sprinkle 3 tablespoons of gelatin into the sweetened tea, whisking continuously until dissolved.
  4. Mold the Gummies: Pour the mixture into silicone gummy bear molds, using a dropper for precision.
  5. Set the Gummies: Allow filled molds to sit for 20 minutes at room temperature until firm. Flex molds to release gummies.
