Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the Oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Butternut Squash by cutting it into bite-sized cubes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Season the Steak with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Cook the Steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Let the Steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
  6. Make the Dressing by whisking together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  7. Assemble the Salad by layering mixed greens, sliced apples, roasted butternut squash, nuts, goat cheese, and pomegranate seeds, then drizzle with dressing.
  8. Serve Immediately for the best flavor and texture.
