- Wash 1½ cups of fresh strawberries thoroughly and remove green tops. Blend with ¼ cup of pineapple juice until smooth.
- In the same blender, add 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, ½ cup of ice cubes, ¾ cup of pineapple juice, and ¾ cup of coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Fill a tall glass with the strawberry base, about 25% full. Gently pour the blended coconut mixture over the strawberry layer.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a vibrant strawberry. Serve immediately.
