- In a medium mixing bowl or jar, add the rolled oats, milk, PB2 powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly until no dry clumps remain.
- Using a spoon, ensure the oats are evenly distributed within the mixture. Aim for a smooth blend, where the PB2 powder is fully integrated.
- Once combined, cover your bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the fridge and give the oats a good stir. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup, if desired.
