  2. Make Pancake Batter: In a larger bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Create a well in the center and add milk, vegetable oil, and beaten egg. Mix until just combined, lumps are okay.
  3. Prepare Glaze: In a microwave-safe bowl, place cream cheese and additional melted butter. Heat for about 30 seconds, then whisk until smooth. Gradually stir in powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until velvety.
  4. Cook Pancakes: Preheat a non-stick skillet over low to medium heat. Pour ½ cup of batter onto skillet, immediately pipe a swirl of cinnamon filling on top. Cook until bubbles appear, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown.
