  • 1 small Apple Optional; sweeter varieties like Fuji are recommended.
  • 1 small Orange Optional to brighten the flavor.

Method
 

Juicing Instructions
  1. Wash the carrots under cool running water to remove dirt. Peel if desired, then cut off ends.
  2. Set up your juicer on a stable surface, ensuring it's clean and ready. Place a large container under the spout.
  3. Feed the whole cleaned carrots into the juicer. If necessary, chop them to fit. Turn on the juicer and juice for 3-5 minutes.
  4. If using optional ingredients, add them now. Cut ginger into small pieces, core and chop the apple, and peel the orange.
  5. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately, optionally garnishing with a mint sprig or orange slice.
