Equipment

  • blender
  • fine mesh strainer
  • tall glass
  • spatula

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash a handful of fresh strawberries and remove the stems. In a blender, combine the strawberries with 50ml of Ms Sans Juniper Berry Blush. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Place a fine mesh strainer over a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Pour the blended strawberry mixture through the strainer to separate the liquid from the seeds and pulp.
  3. Pour 200ml of cold lemonade into the glass with the strained strawberry mix, filling it about two-thirds full. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Slice fresh limes into thin wheels and place on the rim of the glass for garnish. Serve immediately to enjoy your Strawberry Daiquiri Spritz.
