Preparation Steps
- Chop the leftover smoked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and chop your celery. Halve the grapes and combine them in the mixing bowl.
- Chop the pecans and scallions, then add to the bowl with the chicken, celery, and grapes.
