Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gently warm the milk and sprinkle yeast over it, allowing it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt in a mixer. Pour in yeast mixture, egg, and butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Once risen, roll dough into a rectangle, spread butter, sprinkle filling, and roll tightly. Slice into 9-11 pieces.
  6. Place sliced rolls in a greased dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-60 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and soft.
  8. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls after baking.
