  • 2 cups Cooked White Rice Fluffy.

  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives Pitted.
For the Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce Creamy component.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice For brightness.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, dried oregano, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll small portions of the meat mixture into balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the meatballs lightly with olive oil for crispiness. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven.
