Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak wooden skewers in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes to overnight.
  4. Cut fresh pineapple into similar-sized chunks.
  5. Thread alternating chicken and pineapple chunks onto soaked skewers.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F to 450°F.
