  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can substitute if desired.
  • Ground Black Pepper To taste.
  • Salt To taste.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once heated, add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3–4 minutes until onions are translucent.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet. Break the meat apart as it cooks for 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in hot honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Add cooked rice to the skillet. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes, ensuring the rice is evenly coated with the beef mixture.
  5. Remove from heat and serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
