Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. Bring water to a boil for rice and green beans.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, vinegar, black pepper, and lime zest/juice. Whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet and heat, stirring for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate the chicken over rice and green beans, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
