Preparation Steps

  4. Take each tortilla and spoon chicken mixture down the center, sprinkle cheese, and roll tightly.
  5. Pour red enchilada sauce over the rolled enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
