For the Cream Cheese Filling
  • 12.35 oz Cream Cheese Ensure it's full-fat and softened.
  • 4 tbsp Sugar Brown sugar can deepen flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional, enhances flavor.
For the Garlic Butter Custard
  • 2.45 oz Unsalted Butter Kerrygold is recommended.
  • 2.5 tbsp Fresh Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream Swap for more milk for a lighter version.
  • 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise Hellmann's is reliable.
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley Use fresh if you have it.
  • 1 pc Egg Whisk thoroughly.
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Mince fresh garlic and measure out all your ingredients.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  4. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Sauté minced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add remaining melted butter, milk, mayonnaise, sugar, dried parsley, whisked egg, and salt. Mix until glossy.
  6. Cut brioche buns into six sections without cutting completely through.
  7. Fill each section with cream cheese filling and dip into the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Place filled buns on a baking tray and pipe additional filling in the center.
  9. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
  10. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
