- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Mince fresh garlic and measure out all your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Sauté minced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Add remaining melted butter, milk, mayonnaise, sugar, dried parsley, whisked egg, and salt. Mix until glossy.
- Cut brioche buns into six sections without cutting completely through.
