Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop approximately four medium fresh peaches, removing the pits but keeping the skin on.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes. Then chill in the refrigerator for an additional 30-45 minutes.
  4. Strain the cooled peach mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing down on the solids to extract juice.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and remaining cold water, mixing well until combined.
  6. Pour the lemonade over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and peach slices.
