Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a tall glass, mix 1 oz of honey and the juice of half a lemon. Stir vigorously until fully dissolved, then add 1.5 oz of soda water.
  2. Carefully fill the glass with crushed ice, leaving space at the top. Pour more soda water on top until nearly full.
  3. Drizzle 1 oz of sala syrup over the ice gently to form the first layer.
  4. Pour 1 oz of chilled butterfly pea juice gently over the back of a spoon to create the next layer.
  5. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
