Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and drying the mixed salad greens to retain their crispness. In a large salad bowl, combine the greens with diced Granny Smith apples.
  2. Add a generous handful of dried cranberries and your choice of toasted walnuts or pecans for added texture. Lastly, sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over the top.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar until fully blended.
  4. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of honey, whisking until smooth. Gradually drizzle in ½ cup of olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
