  • 125 grams Unsalted butter Melted for ease of mixing.
For the Filling
  • 397 grams Sweetened condensed milk No direct substitution recommended.
  • 200 grams White chocolate Substitution: Omit for a lighter version, increasing Biscoff spread if needed.
  • 200 grams Biscoff spread Can be homemade if smooth and spreadable.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a 20 cm square baking tin with baking paper and grease it lightly to prevent sticking.
  2. Crush Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted unsalted butter. Press into the base of the tin.
  3. Combine sweetened condensed milk, melted white chocolate, and Biscoff spread in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and level the top. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Remove the slice from the tin using the paper overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
