Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and cut potatoes into fry shapes, heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F, fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

  3. Arrange fries in a large serving dish, spoon chili over fries, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Preheat broiler and place topped fries under it for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  5. Let cool slightly, then add dollops of sour cream and serve immediately.
