Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine ½ cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth, then mix in 1 cup of sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until velvety.
  4. Unroll the first can of crescent roll dough, press the seams together, and lay it in the greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the bottom layer of crescent dough.
  6. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the cheesecake filling.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top layer of dough.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares.
