Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Chicken Parmesan
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic, onion, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken cutlet in the beaten egg, then in the cheese mixture, pressing gently for a thick coating.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 145-150°F.
  5. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece and sprinkle with mozzarella. Return to the oven.
  6. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until chicken reaches 160°F and mozzarella is melted.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy top, watching closely to prevent burning.
