- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and chili flakes until smooth.
- Add cubed sirloin or ribeye steak to the bowl, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Let the oil shimmer.
- Add the marinated steak to the skillet in a single layer. Sear without stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the steak and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
- Transfer cooked steak bites to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
