Method
 

Cupcake Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with colorful cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted unsalted butter, and mashed fresh strawberries until smooth.
  4. Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into your prepared cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the freeze-dried strawberries.
  9. Once cooled, generously frost each cupcake with the prepared strawberry frosting.
